How it works
A really good consultant is a professional problem solver and an expert in people. I’ve been hired to tackle challenges and transform teams by using a people first approach combined with my years of experience in corporate America and my innate drive to get it done. The process is simple:
Identify
I use my HIKE Methodology to help uncover the challenges holding you and your team back. Often, the problem I’m hired to solve is a symptom of another underlying contributing factor. I take a different approach to understand the challenges to ensure we’ve identified the true barrier for your business.
Strategy & Plan
Once we clearly identify what we are solving for, we collaborate to create a strategy to address the problem and come up with a plan to assign what needs to be done, by when and who owns it. By engaging your team in the strategy along the way we ensure buy-in and more successful outcomes.
Accountability
After we’ve done the heavy lifting of identifying the problem, crafting the strategy and assigning accountability internally, I’ll stay engaged to keep your team on track to meeting the goals we set together. Think of me as your insurance policy for optimum success!

I do! The best option is to set up a discovery call to share your goals. However, due to the nature of preserving the integrity of my work and results for my clients, I only take a limited number of custom engagements each year.

My work is most beneficial starting with an in-person session, whether it’s a VIP strategy workshop, a keynote with a guided hike or a team engagement, I’ve found that in person is best. All follow up work can be virtual.
